For 2 pizzas. This is a great day for the family, everyone working together!. There is nothing more beautiful than preparing this great dough and having fun making pizzas with the flavors that your imagination brings you. Historically, pizza is very simple, only cheese, basil and tomato, but this tradition was abandoned by most and today we enjoy pizza with almost everything. Well, it is time to clean up our work table and knead. Warning: as always happens in my house, everyone will fight over the filling of these beautiful homemade pizzas. Be warned! Ingredientes: 1 cup warm water 2 tablespoons butter with salt 0.5 ounce of fresh yeast (2 tablespoons approximately) 3 cups of all-purpose Flour (without yeast) 1 teaspoon of Salt 1 teaspoon of granulated white sugar 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil Vegetable or olive oil to grease the pizza pan The Secret: preferably fresh yeast.

Preparación: Put the butter and water in the bowl of a mixer, mix until dissolved. Let warm and add the yeast. Add a part of the flour and olive oil and beat preferably with spatulas for dough or in any case, for cake, usual accessories of the mixer. Take the mix from thee mixer, add the rest of the flour on the table and knead by stretching and wrapping and folding for approximately 10 minutes, taking care that the dough does not stick to the fingers, adding a little flour if necessary. Lightly grease a bowl with oil and turn the dough slightly greasing it on the outside with olive oil. Cover it with a wet cloth and let it grow in a warm place until it doubles its volume, approximately 3 hours. Once the dough is ready, divide in two parts, oil two pizza pans and roll it over them by hand, leaving it very thin. Pre-heat the oven in maximum temperature. Be sure to heat only the lower part of the oven. Once the dough is stretched on the pizza pan and with all the ingredients you want to add, put into the oven approximately 10 minutes (verify the border is cooked and crunchy before taking the pan out of the oven). You can keep it refrigerated.
